Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and communicated to you once we receive your order. They will have to be paid for seperately

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Mumbai for all orders via delivery services and are charged at actuals. They will be communicated to you once the delivery has been booked 

Deliveries are made from 11am - 6pm from Tuesday-Sunday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the time of the arrival. 

 

Pick-up

You can skip the delivery fees with pickup from Parel. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and the address for pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are 11 am-5pm on Tuesday- Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is out for delivery/shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at venariabydivya@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
