La Venaria Reale, Colorno, Italy

Gnocchi in a tomato caper butter sauce. That's the dish that had, our founder, Divya Ramaswamy, hooked on to Italian cuisine. 

Venaria was founded in 2018 when Divya returned from Italy after a course on Italian cuisine at ALMA - La Scuola di Cucina. She was captivated with the balance between simplicity, complexity and flavour, and Venaria is her way of bringing to India what she experienced in her time there.

Products

Our pasta is made with grade 00 Durum Wheat Flour which is a low protein flour. It is the traditional flour used for pasta making. 

We add natural ingredients to the pasta, which helps enrich its flavour and nutrition content. The colours are a bonus!
